Awarded the AMA quality seal, the quality and origin of our raw products are very important to us. As part-time farmers, we have therefore been raising our pigs outdoors since 2023, and our Wagyu x Fleckvieh cattle are bred in cooperation with other farms. For game lovers, we offer delicacies from our own hunting grounds during the hunting season.
